The job Overview

Where a job stands and what is waiting on you, without opening six tabs.

Opening a job lands on Overview. It is the first tab, to the left of Field, and you can go back to it any time.

IT IS NOT A CHECKLIST. You know how to run a job. What you cannot know without clicking through half the tabs is what has piled up since you last looked - so this states what is sitting there and links straight to it.

WAITING ON YOU is work you can clear right now: bills waiting for approval, RFIs nobody has answered, inspections to book, sign-offs requested, and payment requests you raised but never sent.

WAITING ON SOMEONE ELSE is work you can only chase: money requested from the client and not yet paid, certificates expired or expiring within 30 days, vendors with nothing on file, and selections the client still has to choose.

Across the top: what you have received from the client, what you have committed to vendors, what they have billed, and what is still outstanding to them. Below: what is on site over the next three weeks and which inspections are booked.

When nothing is waiting on anyone, it says so plainly. That is the point - a list you can actually finish means something, and one that is never empty is just noise.

Jobs still in planning have their own checklist instead, on the status dropdown: the handful of things to sort before setting a job Active.
