Search across everything at once
One search box in the top bar finds jobs, line items, receipts, customers, and more.
The search box at the top of every page searches your whole account at once, not just the page you're on.
- 1Click the search box in the top bar, or press Cmd/Ctrl + K from anywhere.
- 2Type at least two letters. Results appear instantly, grouped by type: Projects, Budget lines, Material receipts, Invoices, Subcontracts, RFIs, Tasks, Change orders, Customers, and Directory.
- 3Use the arrow keys and Enter, or just click a result, to jump straight to it.
It matches on more than names: a receipt's store, a budget line's cost code, an invoice number, a customer's email, and more. You only see records from your own company's jobs.
