Sign users out automatically after inactivity
Set an inactivity timer that signs the whole company out automatically.
By default, everyone stays signed in. If you share office computers or worry about lost phones, set an inactivity timeout.
- 1Open Settings and go to the Security tab.
- 2Under Auto sign-out, pick how long someone can be inactive (15 minutes up to 8 hours) before they're signed out.
- 3Save. It applies company-wide the next time each person loads the app.
Activity means any tap, keypress, or scroll. The timer also keeps counting while the app is closed, so a phone left in a truck overnight is signed out by morning.
