Delete your account
Ask us to delete your own login, or - if you are an admin - your whole company account, from inside the app.
Anybody can ask to delete their own account from inside SyteNav. We carry the deletion out within 30 days and email you when it is done.
- 1Go to Settings > Profile and scroll to the bottom. In Field Mode, open Me.
- 2Press "Delete my account" and confirm.
- 3We email you to confirm we have the request. The screen shows the date you asked, so you do not need to ask twice.
YOUR OWN LOGIN. Your name, email, password and notification settings go. Work you recorded on your company's jobs - daily logs, photos, time entries - belongs to the company and stays with it.
THE WHOLE COMPANY. An admin can ask for the entire company account to be deleted from Settings > Danger Zone. That removes every project, everything in it, and every teammate's login, so only an admin can ask for it.
Changed your mind, or somebody asked without you knowing? Reply to the confirmation email and we will stop.
