One click turns a winning quote into a subcontract wired into the whole job.
- 1In the comparison, mark a winner if you like, then click Award to project on that quote.
- 2Choose whether the vendor is a subcontractor (labor) or supplier (materials).
- 3Choose how to handle the budget: create a new budget line, link to an existing one, or skip.
- 4Confirm. SyteNav adds the vendor to your Directory, creates a subcontract at that amount, and wires it into the Financial Summary, Budget, Schedule, and Compliance.
Awarding is locked once done - a comparison can only be awarded once. Analyze and mark winner are disabled after award.
