See every job on the Master Calendar
All projects' schedules and task due dates in one view.
Master Calendar (admins and managers) shows every project's schedule, booked inspections and task due dates together. It is not the only place they appear: each job's own Schedule tab has the same month view for that job, and anyone who can see the job can open it.
- 1Click Master Calendar in the sidebar (under Master).
- 2Scan across all projects at once.
- 3Click any item to jump straight to its project.
On a phone each day shows dots instead of labels - blue for a schedule line, amber for a task due, purple for an inspection. Tap the day to see everything on it, then tap one to open it.
